The Young Associates (YA) Membership offers a rising generation of art enthusiasts the opportunity to expand their involvement in the contemporary art world by aligning themselves with the Vancouver Art Gallery. YA Members are a dynamic group of professionals who want to support the Gallery in a meaningful way. Members of the Young Associates enjoy distinct social and educational events and behind-the-scenes access while actively supporting the work of the Gallery.

- Tuesday, July 27 – Cocktail Conversation! Tell us what you want for the future of the Vancouver Art Gallery--over cocktails, naturally! Come and learn about each others' past, present and future connection to Art, Community and the Gallery. *YAs only!
- Thursday, September 9 – Young Associates Pavilion Party! Join us as we prolong the summer with a reception (cocktails and appys!) on the Gallery's exclusive Pavilion deck with Associate Curator Kathleen Ritter and artists from the exhibition In Dialogue with Carr: Douglas Coupland, Evan Lee, Liz Magor, Marianne Nicolson. *YAs only!
- Friday, October 1, 2010 – Members Opening of Robert Adams, Everything Everyday and Song Dong: Waste Not.
- November 2010 – Studio Visit! For the very first time, the Young Associates are invited to join Assistant Curator Emmy Lee as she visits the workspace of one of the artists featured in the fall exhibition Everything Everyday. *YAs only!
- Friday, November 5 – FUSE! Young Associates get in free, skip the line at the FUSE Lounge, and your first drink is on us!
- December 2010 – Members Shopping Week at the Gallery Store! Get an additional 10% off (20% total!) at the Gallery Store.
